Switch on loyalty

Clients earn points for every visit and move up tiers as they go. You set how many points each service gives.

Step 1: Open Offers and loyalty and press the Settings tab.
Step 2: Switch the programme on.
Step 3: Set the points a client earns per pound or per visit.
Step 4: Press Save.
Step 5: Open each service under Services to set points for that service if you want them to differ.

Check it worked: The booking page shows the points a client will earn when they book, and clients see a tier on their account.

Note: Tiers run Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, worked out from points earned.
