Is it really free?

Yes. The whole platform is free while we're in early access, building it with our first UK salons: every feature, every staff member. No card, no trial that quietly flips to paid, no catch. When we do start charging, it will be simple and fair, and you'll get plenty of notice.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Direct Debit is available for annual plans.

How much will it cost after early access?

Simple, and one flat price per salon. Solo covers one team member, Salon covers up to four, and Salon Pro up to eight while adding SMS, a custom domain, and advanced insights. Those seats are included in the price; if you add more booking-taking team members it is a small flat charge per extra seat, never a receptionist or an admin-only owner. Groups get a tailored Multi-site plan. Nothing changes while you are in early access, and you will get plenty of notice before we start charging.

Does Salony take a cut of my bookings?

No. Salony charges a simple flat monthly subscription per salon, and there is no platform commission on bookings at any tier. Online client card payments are coming soon; when they go live, standard Stripe processing fees (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards) will apply, charged by Stripe directly, not by Salony.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do you help with migration from other systems?

Yes. We can help import your existing client data, booking history, and service menu. Migration support is included at no extra cost.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains yours. We provide full export, and after cancellation we retain your data for 30 days before secure deletion, giving you time to export everything.
