Questions about pricing
Is it really free?
Yes. During early access every salon gets every feature and every staff member for free, with our top level of support whichever plan you pick. No card, no catch. When we start charging, new salons get a 14-day free trial: you choose a plan and add a card, and the card is charged when the trial ends.
What will it cost after early access?
The prices shown above: one flat price per salon. We will give plenty of notice before anything changes, and early-access salons keep founding-member terms.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away, with the difference for the rest of the month prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with no mid-period refund.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Not now, not later, not on any plan. Your clients are your clients.
What about card fees?
Online card payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard fees and Salony adds nothing on top.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
Can you help me move from my current system?
Yes. We help you bring across your client list, services and booking history, free of charge.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. You can export everything at any time, free, and take it with you.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paid plans will be cheaper on an annual basis.
