Rewards

A reward is what points buy: money off, a free extra, a product. Clients redeem from their account.

Who can do this: Managers and aboveSalon plan and above
Where to find it: Dashboard > More > Offers and loyalty > Rewards

Step 1: Open Offers and loyalty and press the Rewards tab.
Step 2: Press Add reward.
Step 3: Enter a name, what it gives, and the points it costs.
Step 4: Press Save.
Step 5: Edit or delete a reward from the same list.

Check it worked: The reward shows under Rewards on the client's account once they have enough points.
