To use Salony, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Salony require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
Automatic renewal unless cancelled
Price changes with 30 days' notice
Commission fees as specified in your plan (if applicable)

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds for partial months
Data export available for 30 days
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds at our discretion

Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious code or content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salony, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
