Gift vouchers

Issue a voucher a client can give to someone else, look it up by code, and redeem it at checkout.

Who can do this
Managers and aboveSalon plan and above
Where to find it
Dashboard > More > Offers and loyalty > Gift vouchers
  1. Step 1: Open Offers and loyalty and press the Gift vouchers tab.
  2. Step 2: Press Issue voucher, enter the amount and who it is for, and press Save.
  3. Step 3: Give the client the code.
  4. Step 4: At checkout, enter the code to redeem it against the booking being paid for.
  5. Step 5: To cancel a voucher, open it and press Void.

Check it worked: The voucher shows its remaining balance in the list.
