Members and points

See every client in the programme and adjust points by hand when you need to, with a reason on record.

Who can do this: Managers and aboveSalon plan and above
Where to find it: Dashboard > More > Offers and loyalty > Members

Step 1: Open Offers and loyalty and press the Members tab.
Step 2: Search for the client.
Step 3: Press Adjust points, enter the amount (plus or minus) and choose a reason.
Step 4: Press Save.

Check it worked: The client's points history shows the adjustment with its reason.
