Booking policy: deposits
A salon-wide deposit rule, overridden by any service that sets its own. It applies once online payments are switched on.

- Dashboard > More > Settings > Booking policy
- Step 1: Open Settings, then the Booking policy card.
- Step 2: Under Deposit, choose none, a fixed amount or a percentage.
- Step 3: Press Save.
Check it worked: The policy shows on the card. Services with their own payment rule keep it.
Note: Deposits are collected online. Until online payments are switched on, clients pay in the salon.
