Where client data lives, what clients can do with theirs, and what you agreed to when you set up the salon.

Your salon's data is yours
Client records, bookings and takings belong to your salon. You can export them, and clients can export or delete their own data from their account at any time.
What clients can do
- Download everything held about them from My data on their account.
- Delete their account, which removes their profile, points and personal data.
- Choose which emails they receive.
What you agreed to
When you set up the salon you accepted the salon terms and the data agreement, which set out how Salony processes data on your behalf. Both are linked from the Terms and Privacy pages.
Keeping it safe
Each salon's data is kept separate from every other salon. Backups are taken daily and held off site. The Security page describes the outcomes we commit to.
