How a client books

What your client sees from Book to the confirmation code, so you can answer their questions.

What the client sees first
  1. Step 1: The client chooses a service.
  2. Step 2: They choose a team member, or Any available.
  3. Step 3: If the service has options or extras, they pick those next.
  4. Step 4: They pick a date and time from the slots that are free.
  5. Step 5: They enter their name, email and phone.
  6. Step 6: They press Confirm booking. If online payments are on for your salon, a payment step comes first.
  7. Step 7: They see a confirmation code and receive a confirmation email.

Check it worked: The booking appears on Today and in the Diary as Pending or Confirmed, depending on your booking policy.

Note: Same-day bookings are not offered online. The page asks the client to phone the salon.
