Record a patch test
Services that need a patch test cannot be confirmed until a pass is on the client's record. Record it once and it is checked for you.

- Dashboard > Clients > a client > Patch tests
- Step 1: Open the client and press the Patch tests tab.
- Step 2: Press Record patch test.
- Step 3: Choose the allergen: PPD, henna, ammonia, lash or brow tint, or other.
- Step 4: Mark it Pass or Fail and enter the date.
- Step 5: Press Save.
Check it worked: The test shows on the record, and a booking for that service can now be confirmed.
Note: When a client books a patch-test service online, the slot is held and they are asked to come in for the test at least the number of hours before that you set on the service.
