Invite someone who rents a space

A space renter runs their own business inside your salon. They are invited from your Salony account, not added as a team member, and only the invited email can accept.

Space renters: Invite someone
  1. Step 1: Open your Salony account, choose the salon and press Space renters.
  2. Step 2: Press Invite someone.
  3. Step 3: Enter their email address. Their name is optional.
  4. Step 4: Press Send. The page shows a link and a code; copy either and send it to them.
  5. Step 5: For someone who keeps their own booking system, press Someone who keeps their own system and enter their name instead. You can invite them to Salony later.
  6. Step 6: To cancel an invitation, press Withdraw next to it.

Check it worked: They appear under Invitations until they accept, then under Space renters with their own Diary column.

Note: The renter accepts by opening the link while signed in as that email, or by entering the code on their own My Salons page.
