Send a payment link

With online payments on, you can send a client a link to pay a deposit or balance from their phone, and chase it if it goes unpaid.

Where to find it
Dashboard > Diary > a booking > Send payment link
  1. Step 1: Open the booking.
  2. Step 2: Press Send payment link.
  3. Step 3: The client receives an email with the amount and a link to pay by card.
  4. Step 4: If it stays unpaid, Salony sends a reminder; you can see the status on the booking.

Check it worked: The booking shows the payment once the client has paid.

Note: Needs online payments switched on for your salon.
